Pachyrhinus lethierryi is a small bright green weevil showing a short and broad snout. The eyes are protruding. The body is covered by short and semi-erected hairs. There is a small bare band, appearing black, at the front of the snout between the antennae. The elytra show a small depression near the base. There are specimens with pinkish head and legs. This form is called lostiae but this is not listed as a subspecies. |

The large Thuja that is growing in the yard of the farm explains the observation of Pachyrhinus lethierryi here. You can clearly see the short and broad snout with a small black area at the front and also the small depression close to the base of the elytra. |

Here is another weevil observed at the same place. It has the particularity of having bare legs and a pinkish area at the back of the body. The shape of the snout and the bare area at the front made me list this one as Pachyrhinus lethierryi, I hope I am not wrong. |
