Mnasilus allubita is a brown skipper with a rather uniform colour.
It shows an orange head, mainly around the eyes. You can distinguish a small black mark interrupting this orange colour above each eye.
The palps are orange.
The under side of the wings shows pale prominent veins.
You can see some pale marks which appear rather as short streaks than as simple spots.

Butler's Skipper (Mnasilus allubita)
I have shot this picture on the peninsula of Cayenne while walking along the Montabo footpath.
You can clearly see the orange colour around the eyes and interrupted by a small black mark on this picture.
