The Euglyphis genus includes more than 300 species which are often difficult to differentiate.
Euglyphis braganza has a dark brown head, abdomen and upper side of thorax.
The lateral sides of thorax are white. The fore legs, which are outstretched forwards at rest, bear long brown hairs.
The fore wings are white with brown markings.
You can distinguish a small rounded spot near the costal edge at the base of the wing and a larger spot along the costal edge just before the apex of the wing.
The inner edge shows a brown border which clearly widens near the anal angle. It extends then onto the margin of the wings and widens in the middle.
The hind wings are white on their half close to the costal edge and pale brown on their half close to the inner edge. There is a slightly darker brown marginal border.
